Booking Policy
By booking your appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy. A credit card is required to be on file to book an appointment at Lux Salon & Spa. Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Group bookings of 4 or more people require 72 hours for any cancellations. For each guest that fails to show without the required notice, a charge of 100% of the service(s) amount will be charged to the card used to reserve the booking.

Cancellation Policy
At Lux Salon & Spa we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment and do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of your service(s) that are booked.  No shows will be charged 100% of your service(s) that are booked. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service(s) scheduled.

By notifying Lux Salon & Spa within 24 hours of your appointment, this provides us with the opportunity to fill your spot with someone on the waiting list. We do send out text, email and phone call reminders so you are aware of your upcoming appointments.
